Article R123-302 of the French Commercial code

When the President of the regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts or, by delegation, the President of the departmental Chamber of Trades and Crafts is informed by an administrative or judicial authority that changes in the situation of a registered person would require the entries concerning that person in the National Register of Companies to be completed or amended as a business in the trades and crafts sector, he invites the person concerned to fulfil his reporting obligations. If the interested party does not comply with this invitation within a period of one month, the Chairman shall request the keeper of the National Register of Companies, via the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1, to enter the appropriate changes in this register.

Article R123-302

Lorsque le président de la chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat de région ou, par délégation, le président de la chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat de niveau départemental est informé par une autorité administrative ou judiciaire de ce que l’évolution de la situation d’une personne immatriculée nécessiterait de compléter ou de modifier les inscriptions la concernant figurant au Registre national des entreprises en tant qu’entreprise du secteur des métiers et de l’artisanat, il invite la personne intéressée à s’acquitter de ses obligations déclaratives. Si l’intéressée ne défère pas à cette invitation dans le délai d’un mois, le président sollicite du teneur du Registre national des entreprises, par l’intermédiaire de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1, l’inscription à ce registre des modifications appropriées.
