Article R123-57 of the French Commercial code

When a commercial company whose registered office is located abroad is subject to the legislation of another Member State of the European Community or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and has one of the legal forms listed in annex 1-3 to this book, only the information provided for in 1°, 2°, 8° and 9° of article R. 123-53 and in article R. 123-54, as well as the place and number of registration of this company in a public register, are declared.

Lorsqu’une société commerciale dont le siège est situé à l’étranger est soumise à la législation d’un autre Etat membre de la Communauté européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen et revêt une des formes juridiques dont la liste figure en annexe 1-3 au présent livre, sont seuls déclarés les renseignements prévus aux 1°, 2°, 8° et 9° de l’article R. 123-53 et à l’article R. 123-54, ainsi que le lieu et le numéro d’immatriculation de cette société sur un registre public.
