Article R123-59 of the French Commercial code

The following shall be declared in the application for registration of a company, with regard to its activity and establishment, or its registered office if it has no establishment:

1° In the case of a commercial company, the information provided for in Article R. 123-38 ;

2° If it is a commercial company whose registered office is abroad within the meaning of article R. 123-57, the information provided for in Article R. 123-38, with the exception of that provided for in 4°, 6° and 8°;

3° In the case of a non-trading company or a civil partnership, the information provided for in Article R. 123-38, with the exception of that provided for in 8°.

Sont déclarés dans la demande d’immatriculation d’une société, en ce qui concerne son activité et son établissement, ou son siège si elle n’a pas d’établissement :

1° S’il s’agit d’une société commerciale, les renseignements prévus à l’article R. 123-38 ;

2° S’il s’agit d’une société commerciale dont le siège est à l’étranger au sens de l’article R. 123-57, les renseignements prévus à l’article R. 123-38, à l’exception de ceux prévus aux 4°, 6° et 8° ;

3° S’il s’agit d’une société non commerciale ou d’une société civile, les renseignements prévus à l’article R. 123-38, à l’exception de ceux prévus au 8°.
