Article R123-61 of the French Commercial code

In their application for registration, French public establishments of an industrial and commercial nature declare:

1° With regard to the person:

a) The information provided for in 1°, 4° and 6° of Article R. 123-53 and 2° of article R. 123-54 ;

b) The form of the business and the entity by which or on behalf of which it is operated ;

c) Where applicable, the date of publication in the Official Journal of the act which authorised its creation, the acts which modified its organisation and the regulations or articles of association which determine the conditions of its operation;

2° With regard to the activity and establishment, the information provided for in Article R. 123-38.

Dans leur demande d’immatriculation, les établissements publics français à caractère industriel et commercial déclarent :

1° En ce qui concerne la personne :

a) Les renseignements prévus aux 1°, 4° et 6° de l’article R. 123-53 et au 2° de l’article R. 123-54 ;

b) La forme de l’entreprise et la collectivité par laquelle ou pour le compte de laquelle elle est exploitée ;

c) Le cas échéant, la date de publication au Journal officiel de l’acte qui a autorisé sa création, des actes qui ont modifié son organisation et des règlements ou des statuts qui déterminent les conditions de son fonctionnement ;

2° En ce qui concerne l’activité et l’établissement, les renseignements prévus à l’article R. 123-38.
