Article R123-8 of the French Commercial code

When the declaration or application for authorisation referred to in 1° and 2° of I of Article R. 123-1 involves the payment of fees to the benefit of the recipient body or competent authority the declarant pays these to the single body, in accordance with the terms set by an order of the Minister responsible for the economy.

The single body collects, on behalf of the recipient bodies and competent authorities, the fees, taxes and emoluments instituted in their favour or which they are responsible for collecting and distributing to other bodies. It transfers to the recipient bodies and competent authorities the funds collected from receipt of the notification referred to in the seventh paragraph of article R. 123-7. The funds are transferred within the deadlines set by an order of the Minister responsible for the economy.

Article R123-8

Lorsque la déclaration ou la demande d’autorisation mentionnée aux 1° et 2° du I de l’article R. 123-1 implique le paiement de frais au profit de l’organisme destinataire ou de l’autorité compétente le déclarant s’en acquitte auprès de l’organisme unique, selon des modalités fixées par un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie.

L’organisme unique perçoit, pour le compte des organismes destinataires et autorités compétentes, les redevances, taxes et émoluments institués en leur faveur ou qu’ils sont chargés de collecter et de distribuer à d’autres organismes. Il reverse aux organismes destinataires et autorités compétentes les fonds perçus à compter de la réception de la notification mentionnée au septième alinéa de l’article R. 123-7. Le virement des fonds est réalisé dans les délais fixés par un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie.
