Article R1231-9 of the French Public Health Code

The Committee of Experts may not validly deliberate unless all five members are present. Where justified by particular circumstances, the Committee may, in whole or in part, meet remotely by any means of audiovisual communication that guarantees the confidentiality of the transmission.

The Committee of Experts shall act by a majority of its members.

The decision shall be signed by the members of the Committee. The signatures of members sitting remotely may be obtained by electronic means.

Le comité d’experts ne peut délibérer valablement que si ses cinq membres sont réunis. Lorsque des circonstances particulières le justifient, le comité peut, en tout ou partie, siéger à distance par tout moyen de communication audiovisuelle garantissant la confidentialité de la transmission.


Le comité d’experts statue à la majorité de ses membres.


La décision est signée par les membres du comité. La signature des membres siégeant à distance peut être recueillie par voie dématérialisée.
