Article R1232-18 of the French Public Health Code

Implementation of the protocol may begin on expiry of the two-month period following issue of the acknowledgement of receipt, unless the Minister responsible for research decides to prohibit implementation in application of article L. 1232-3, after the establishment or organisation has been given the opportunity to present its observations within a specified period which may not exceed one month.

Article R1232-18

La mise en oeuvre du protocole peut débuter à l’expiration du délai de deux mois suivant la délivrance de l’accusé de réception, sauf décision d’interdiction opposée par le ministre chargé de la recherche en application de l’article L. 1232-3 après que l’établissement ou l’organisme a été mis en mesure de présenter ses observations dans un délai imparti qui ne saurait excéder un mois.
