Disputes concerning the validity of the electoral operations for the social administration committee shall be brought, within five days of the proclamation of the results, before the Director General of the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion and then, if necessary, before the administrative court.

Les contestations sur la validité des opérations électorales pour le comité social d’administration sont portées, dans un délai de cinq jours à compter de la proclamation des résultats, devant le directeur général de l’Agence nationale de la cohésion des territoires puis, le cas échéant, devant la juridiction administrative.
