The social administration committee benefits from the funding provided for in articles L. 2312-81 to L. 2312-84 of the Labour Code to finance the activities provided for in articles L. 2312-78 and L. 2312-80 of the same code.
The social administration committee also receives an operating grant in accordance with article L. 2315-61 of the French Labour Code.
