Article R1233-6 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency will notify the applicant of his decision within six months of the date on which the complete application was sent to him. If no decision is taken within this period, the application for authorisation will be rejected.

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency draws up and updates a list of authorised health establishments in the region; it is sent to the Minister for Health and to the Director General of the Biomedicine Agency.

Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé notifie sa décision au demandeur dans un délai de six mois à compter de la date à laquelle le dossier complet lui a été transmis. L’absence de décision dans ce délai vaut rejet de la demande d’autorisation.


Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé établit et tient à jour une liste des établissements de santé autorisés dans la région ; il la transmet au ministre chargé de la santé et au directeur général de l’agence de la biomédecine.
