I.-When a labour tribunal has ordered the reimbursement of unemployment benefit ex officio, the clerk of the labour tribunal, on expiry of the time limit for appeal, will send Pôle emploi a certified copy of the judgement, specifying whether or not an appeal has been lodged.
This copy will be sent to the regional office of this establishment located within the jurisdiction of the court that handed down the judgement.
II.-Where the reimbursement of unemployment benefit has been ordered ex officio by a court of appeal, the clerk of this court will send Pôle emploi a certified copy of the judgment, in accordance with the procedure set out in the second paragraph of section I.
III – Where the dismissal is deemed to be for a genuine and serious reason that does not constitute serious or gross misconduct, a copy of the judgment is sent to Pôle emploi in accordance with the conditions set out in the second paragraph of I.
