Article R1251-9 of the French Labour Code

The temporary employment agency shall inform, by any means, the temporary employees of each establishment:

1° Of the communication of nominative information contained in the statements of assignment contracts to Pôle emploi and to the regional director of companies, competition, consumption, work and employment territorially competent;

2° The rights of access and rectification provided for in Articles 39 and 40 of the aforementioned Act of 6 January 1978, which the interested parties may exercise with Pôle emploi and the Regional Director mentioned in 1°.

L’entreprise de travail temporaire informe, par tout moyen, les salariés temporaires de chaque établissement :

1° De la communication d’informations nominatives contenues dans les relevés de contrats de mission à Pôle emploi et au directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi territorialement compétent ;

2° Des droits d’accès et de rectification prévus aux articles 39 et 40 de la loi du 6 janvier 1978 susvisée que peuvent exercer les intéressés auprès de Pôle emploi et du directeur régional mentionné au 1°.
