Article R1254-4 of the French Labour Code

The prior declaration is dated and signed by the legal representative of the freelance administration company.

Two copies must be sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to the Labour Inspectorate responsible for the company’s head office. It is sent under the same conditions to the Labour Inspectorate responsible for the branch, agency or sub-office that is due to open.

The freelance administration company shall inform the Labour Inspectorate of any changes to its situation.

La déclaration préalable est datée et signée par le représentant légal de l’entreprise de portage salarial.

Elle est adressée en deux exemplaires, sous pli recommandé avec accusé de réception, à l’inspection du travail dont relève le siège de l’entreprise. Elle est adressée dans les mêmes conditions à l’inspection du travail dont relève la succursale, l’agence ou le bureau annexe dont l’ouverture est prévue.

L’entreprise de portage salarial informe l’inspection du travail des modifications de sa situation.
