Article R1263-10 of the French Labour Code

Supervision and control of the working and employment conditions defined in this Title and cooperation with the administrations of the other Member States are carried out by the liaison office of the Directorate General for Labour referred to in Article R. 8121-14.

This liaison office responds to requests for information from foreign administrations and provides them with information when it has knowledge of facts relating to possible breaches by the undertaking of the obligations resulting from this Title.

La surveillance et le contrôle des conditions de travail et d’emploi définies au présent titre et la coopération avec les administrations des autres Etats membres sont assurés par le bureau de liaison de la direction générale du travail mentionnée à l’article R. 8121-14.

Ce bureau de liaison répond aux demandes d’information des administrations étrangères et leur communique les informations lorsqu’il a connaissance de faits relatifs à d’éventuels manquements de l’entreprise aux obligations résultant du présent titre.
