Article R131-14 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Incidents are recorded in chronological order, each assigned a number in an unbroken annual series. The records provided for in articles R. 131-12 and R. 131-13 are kept and must be able to be substantiated for one year from the date of regularisation or, failing that, for five years from the date of the injunction.

Les incidents sont enregistrés dans l’ordre chronologique, chacun étant affecté d’un numéro pris dans une série annuelle ininterrompue. Les enregistrements prévus par les articles R. 131-12 et R. 131-13 sont conservés et doivent pouvoir être justifiés pendant un an à compter de la date de régularisation ou, à défaut, pendant cinq ans à compter de l’injonction.
