Article R131-24 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

A joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of the Economy shall specify the information that must be included in the injunctions, notices and other documents provided for in this sub-section.

The provisions of this paragraph shall apply separately to each of the accounts held by the person concerned.

Un arrêté conjoint du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, et du ministre chargé de l’économie précise les mentions que doivent comporter les injonctions, avis et autres documents prévus par la présente sous-section.

Les dispositions du présent paragraphe reçoivent une application distincte pour chacun des comptes dont l’intéressé est titulaire.
