Article R131-30 of the French Commercial code

Any sworn commodity broker may lodge an appeal against the election of the members of the National Council of Sworn Commodity Brokers with the Paris Court of Appeal within ten days of the announcement of the results. The appeal must be lodged with the chief clerk of the court of appeal against a receipt or sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt; it is investigated and judged in accordance with the rules applicable to proceedings without compulsory representation.

Tout courtier de marchandises assermenté peut déférer l’élection des membres du Conseil national des courtiers de marchandises assermentés à la cour d’appel de Paris dans un délai de dix jours à compter de la proclamation des résultats. Le recours est déposé contre récépissé ou adressé par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, au greffier en chef de la cour d’appel ; il est instruit et jugé selon les règles applicables à la procédure sans représentation obligatoire.
