Article R131-31 of the French Commercial code

The members of the Conseil national des courtiers de marchandises assermentés elect from among their number, in a single ballot and for a period of three years, a chairman, a vice-chairman and five members, who constitute the bureau. In the event of a tie, the oldest candidate is declared elected.

Les membres du Conseil national des courtiers de marchandises assermentés élisent en leur sein, au scrutin uninominal majoritaire à un tour et pour une période de trois ans, un président, un vice-président et cinq membres, qui constituent le bureau. En cas d’égalité des voix, le plus âgé des candidats est proclamé élu.
