Article R131-32 of the French Commercial code

If a member of the National Council of Sworn Freight Brokers ceases to hold office before the expiry of his term of office, he shall be replaced within a period of three months; the duties of the new member shall cease when those of the member he has replaced would have ceased.

The term of office of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and officers ends when the person concerned ceases to fulfil the conditions for membership of the National Council.

Article R131-32

Si un membre du Conseil national des courtiers de marchandises assermentés cesse ses fonctions avant l’expiration de son mandat, il est pourvu à son remplacement dans le délai de trois mois ; les fonctions du nouveau membre prennent fin lorsque auraient cessé celles du membre qu’il a remplacé.

Le mandat du président, du vice-président et des membres du bureau prend fin lorsque l’intéressé cesse de remplir les conditions pour être membre du Conseil national.
