The person consulting the file indicates the access code allocated to him. In the case of a proxy, the proxy must indicate his or her own access code and that of the payee of the cheque.

The query includes the following information as it appears on the cheque presented:

a) The form number ;

b) Precise identification of the drawee;

c) The drawer’s bank details.

La personne qui consulte le fichier indique le code d’accès qui lui est attribué. S’il s’agit d’un mandataire, celui-ci mentionne son propre code d’accès et celui du bénéficiaire du chèque.

L’interrogation comporte les renseignements suivants tels qu’ils figurent sur le chèque présenté :

a) Le numéro de la formule ;

b) L’identification précise du tiré ;

c) Les coordonnées bancaires du tireur.
