Article R1311-12 of the French Public Health Code

Persons performing the techniques referred to in articles R. 1311-1 and R. 1311-6 shall inform their customers, before they undergo these techniques, of the risks to which they are exposed and, after these techniques have been performed, of the precautions to be taken. This information is visibly displayed in the premises where these techniques are performed and is given to customers in writing. The content of this information is set by order of the Minister of Health.

Les personnes qui mettent en œuvre les techniques mentionnées aux articles R. 1311-1 et R. 1311-6 informent leurs clients, avant qu’ils se soumettent à ces techniques, des risques auxquels ils s’exposent et, après la réalisation de ces techniques, des précautions à respecter. Cette information est affichée de manière visible dans le local où ces techniques sont pratiquées et est remise par écrit aux clients. Le contenu de cette information est fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
