Article R1312-5 of the French Public Health Code

Officials authorised in accordance with articles R. 1312-2 to R. 1312-4 shall take the following oath before the judicial court within whose jurisdiction their administrative residence is located:

“I swear and promise to perform my duties faithfully and well and to observe in everything the duties imposed upon me. I also swear not to reveal or use anything that comes to my knowledge in the performance of my duties. “

The clerk of the judicial court will note the completion of this oath, its date and place on the professional card or, failing this, on the officer’s authorisation order.

Les agents habilités conformément aux articles R. 1312-2 à R. 1312-4 prêtent, devant le tribunal judiciaire dans le ressort duquel se trouve leur résidence administrative, le serment suivant :

” Je jure et promets de bien et loyalement remplir mes fonctions et d’observer en tout les devoirs qu’elles m’imposent. Je jure également de ne rien révéler ou utiliser de ce qui sera porté à ma connaissance à l’occasion de l’exercice de mes fonctions. “

Le greffier du tribunal judiciaire porte la mention de l’accomplissement de cette prestation de serment, de sa date et de son lieu sur la carte professionnelle ou, à défaut, sur l’arrêté d’habilitation de l’agent.
