Article R1313-22 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General takes, on behalf of the State:

1° Decisions relating to plant protection products and their adjuvants mentioned in Article L. 253-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code and to fertilising materials and crop supports and their adjuvants mentioned in Article L. 255-1 of the same code, which fall within the remit of the Agency pursuant to the ninth paragraph of Article L. 1313-1 of this Code;

2° In the field of veterinary pharmacy, decisions which fall within the remit of the Agency, pursuant to Title IV of Book I of Part Five of this Code, Decree No. 2007-358 of 19 March 2007 on the deliberate release for any purpose other than placing on the market of products composed in whole or in part of genetically modified organisms and Decree No. 2007-359 of 19 March 2007 on the procedure for authorising the placing on the market of products not intended for food use composed in whole or in part of genetically modified organisms.

Le directeur général prend, au nom de l’Etat :

1° Les décisions relatives aux produits phytopharmaceutiques et à leurs adjuvants mentionnés à l’article L. 253-1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime et aux matières fertilisantes et supports de culture et leurs adjuvants mentionnés à l’article L. 255-1 du même code, qui relèvent de la compétence de l’agence en application du neuvième alinéa de l’article L. 1313-1 du présent code ;

2° En matière de pharmacie vétérinaire les décisions qui relèvent de la compétence de l’agence, en application du titre IV du livre Ier de la cinquième partie du présent code, du décret n° 2007-358 du 19 mars 2007 relatif à la dissémination volontaire à toute autre fin que la mise sur le marché de produits composés en tout ou en partie d’organismes génétiquement modifiés et du décret n° 2007-359 du 19 mars 2007 relatif à la procédure d’autorisation de mise sur le marché de produits non destinés à l’alimentation composés en tout ou partie d’organismes génétiquement modifiés.
