Article R132-17 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Any entry made in the Special National Register of Software shall be mentioned in the Official Bulletin of Industrial Property.

Any interested person may obtain from the Institute:

a) A reproduction of the entries made in the Register;

b) A certificate stating that no entry exists.

Toute inscription portée au Registre national spécial des logiciels fait l’objet d’une mention au Bulletin officiel de la propriété industrielle.

Toute personne intéressée peut obtenir de l’institut :

a) Une reproduction des inscriptions portées au registre ;

b) Un certificat constatant qu’il n’existe pas d’inscription.
