The labelling of packaged spring waters that are held with a view to sale, offered for sale, sold or distributed free of charge must include, in addition to the particulars provided for in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, as amended, on the provision of food information to consumers, the following particulars:
1° The name of the source exploited by one or more natural or drilled outlets ;
2° An indication of the place of exploitation and, in the cases provided for in Article 26 of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, as amended, on the provision of food information to consumers, an indication of the country of origin ;
3° An indication that the product has been treated with ozone-enriched air;
4° An indication relating to other treatments designed to separate certain undesirable constituents, with the exception of filtration or decantation.
An order from the ministers responsible for consumer affairs and health sets out, where necessary, the procedures for applying the provisions mentioned in 3° and 4° of this article.
