Article R1322-11 of the French Public Health Code

In the case of packaged natural mineral water and where the result of the verification mentioned in article R. 1322-9 is in compliance, the Prefect sends a copy of the operating authorisation order to the Minister for Health, for notification to the European Commission for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. The same applies in the event of an amending order.

Lorsqu’il s’agit d’une eau minérale naturelle conditionnée et que le résultat de la vérification mentionnée à l’article R. 1322-9 est conforme, le préfet adresse une copie de l’arrêté d’autorisation d’exploitation au ministre chargé de la santé, pour notification à la Commission européenne aux fins de publication au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne. Il en est de même en cas d’arrêté modificatif.
