Article R1322-37-1 of the French Public Health Code

A natural mineral water and a spring water may be packaged on the same packaging line, provided that the operator is able to provide, at any time, proof of the nature of the packaged water with regard to the sales name appearing on the labelling. The operator guarantees the traceability of the packaged water on the packaging line.

Une eau minérale naturelle et une eau de source peuvent être conditionnées sur une même chaîne de conditionnement, sous réserve que l’exploitant soit en mesure d’apporter, à tout moment, la preuve de la nature de l’eau conditionnée au regard de la dénomination de vente figurant sur l’étiquetage. L’exploitant garantit la traçabilité de l’eau conditionnée sur la chaîne de conditionnement.
