I. – When the quality limits mentioned in article R. 1322-71 are not respected for the clean seawater produced, or in the event of a danger likely to compromise the safety of the clean seawater, the person responsible for the production of clean seawater must :
– immediately stop the production and distribution of clean seawater as long as these quality limits are not complied with;
– take the necessary corrective measures to restore the quality of the clean seawater produced;
– to immediately inform the territorially competent prefect, who may prescribe additional corrective measures if necessary;
– immediately inform the food industry operators using this clean seawater;
– inform the territorially competent Prefect of the effective application of the measures taken.
II. – When the quality standards are not met, the person responsible for the production of clean seawater shall take the necessary corrective measures as soon as possible to restore the quality of the clean seawater produced.
