Article R1324-1 of the French Public Health Code

Infringements of the provisions of I and II of article R. 1321-48, of I, IV and V of article R. 1321-50, of the first paragraph of article R. 1321-54, of the first and fourth to seventh paragraphs of article R. 1321-55, of articles R. 1321-86 to R. 1321-95, of the last paragraph of article R. 1322-3, of articles R. 1322-4, R. 1322-36 and R. 1322-37 and articles R. 1322-44-9 to R. 1322-44-15 are investigated and recorded by the agents mentioned in articles L. 511-3 and L. 511-22 of the Consumer Code under the conditions defined in Book V of the same Code and are punishable by the penalties provided for in article R. 451-1 of this Code.

Les infractions aux dispositions du I et du II de l’article R. 1321-48, des I, IV et V de l’article R. 1321-50, du premier alinéa de l’article R. 1321-54, du premier et des quatrième à septième alinéas de l’article R. 1321-55, des articles R. 1321-86 à R. 1321-95, du dernier alinéa de l’article R. 1322-3, des articles R. 1322-4, R. 1322-36 et R. 1322-37 et des articles R. 1322-44-9 à R. 1322-44-15 sont recherchées et constatées par les agents mentionnés aux articles L. 511-3 et L. 511-22 du code de la consommation dans les conditions définies au livre V du même code et sont punies des peines prévues à l’article R. 451-1 de ce code.
