Any person who, through carelessness or negligence, damages public or communal works intended to receive or conduct water supply, or allows substances likely to harm public health to be introduced into spring water, fountains, wells, cisterns, pipes, aqueducts or water reservoirs used for public supply, is punished by a third-class fine.

Any person who modifies the conditions of operation, treatment or use authorised by decree, without first obtaining a revision of this authorisation, is liable to a fine for a 5th class offence.
