Article R1324-5 of the French Public Health Code

Failure to include on bottle labels the special information required to appear on them by the authorisation order defined in article L. 1322-13 is punishable in accordance with the provisions of article R. 451-1 of the French Consumer Code.

It is similarly punishable to include on bottle labels any special information other than that which must appear on the label in accordance with the authorisation order defined in article L. 1322-13.

Article R1324-5

Le fait de ne pas faire figurer sur les étiquettes des bouteilles les mentions spéciales devant y apparaître selon l’arrêté d’autorisation défini à l’article L. 1322-13 est puni conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 451-1 du code de la consommation.

Est puni pareillement le fait de faire figurer sur les étiquettes des bouteilles des mentions spéciales autres que celles pouvant y figurer selon l’arrêté d’autorisation défini à l’article L. 1322-13.
