Article R1333-117 of the French Public Health Code

Registration is notified to the natural or legal person responsible for the nuclear activity and is not transferable.

The registration decision includes, where appropriate, any adjustments requested by the person responsible for the nuclear activity. When such adjustments are requested, the Nuclear Safety Authority informs the applicant of the draft decision and allows the applicant a period of time in which to submit comments.

L’enregistrement est notifié à la personne physique ou morale responsable de l’activité nucléaire et n’est pas cessible.

La décision d’enregistrement intègre, le cas échéant, les aménagements sollicités par le responsable de l’activité nucléaire. Lorsque de tels aménagements sont sollicités, l’Autorité de sûreté nucléaire porte le projet de décision à la connaissance du demandeur, auquel elle accorde un délai pour présenter ses observations.
