The application shall be accompanied by updated information on the justification for the use of ionising radiation sources, products or devices containing such sources as referred to in Articles R. 1333-114 and R. 1333-123 and on the risks or disadvantages that this use presents for the interests referred to in Article L. 1333-7. It mentions the changes made to the installation since the date of registration or issue of the authorisation or those proposed with a view to improving the protection of the interests mentioned in Article L. 1333-7 with regard to the aforementioned assessment.
II – If, after the renewal application has been submitted within the period specified in I, no decision or request for additional justification is notified to the applicant before the expiry date of the registration or authorisation, the registration or authorisation is deemed to have been renewed on that date, under the same conditions and for the same period as the previous registration or authorisation.
This provision does not apply when the application for renewal is accompanied by an application filed following a request for modification under the conditions provided for in Article R. 1333-137.
