If the management plan provides for decontamination, the person responsible for the nuclear activity shall carry it out in accordance with the requirements laid down in a decision of the Nuclear Safety Authority.
Within three months of carrying out the decontamination measures, the person responsible for the nuclear activity sends the Nuclear Safety Authority a document certifying that these measures have been carried out.
