I.- After analysing the documents submitted by the person responsible for the nuclear activity, the Nuclear Safety Authority shall notify this person of the decision terminating the authorisation or registration, or issue a certificate terminating the declaration.
If the Nuclear Safety Authority remains silent for more than six months on the request for a decision terminating the authorisation or registration or the issue of a certificate releasing the person responsible for a nuclear activity from its obligations, the request is deemed to have been rejected.
II – In the light of the documents referred to in I, the Nuclear Safety Authority may request that the public utility easements referred to in Article L. 1333-26 be established.
III-The regime referred to in article L. 1333-8 is terminated, where applicable, after the entry into force of the prefectoral order instituting the public utility easements referred to in II.
IV -In accordance with article L. 1333-28, if pollution resulting from nuclear activity is discovered at a later date, the provisions of article R. 1333-142 and this article shall apply.
