Article R1333-168 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The Nuclear Safety Authority appoints the radiation protection inspectors mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 1333-29 from among its staff, as defined inArticle 16 of Law No. 2017-55 of 20 January 2017 on the general status of independent administrative authorities and independent public authorities and in Article L. 592-12 of the Environment Code.

II – The Nuclear Safety Authority will issue each designated agent with a professional card specifying their area of expertise.

Article R1333-168

I.-L’Autorité de sûreté nucléaire désigne les inspecteurs de la radioprotection mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 1333-29 parmi ses agents, définis à l’article 16 de loi n° 2017-55 du 20 janvier 2017 portant statut général des autorités administratives indépendantes et des autorités publiques indépendantes et à l’article L. 592-12 du code de l’environnement.

II.-L’Autorité de sûreté nucléaire délivre à chaque agent désigné une carte professionnelle précisant son domaine de compétence.
