I.-The person in charge of a facility referred to in I of Article R. 1333-6-1 shall define the acceptance specifications for substances entering the facility and the procedures for checking compliance with these specifications.
II.-He shall have the radionuclide mass activity concentration measured in the products resulting from the recovery operation, in order to check compliance with the conditions referred to in II of Article R. 1333-6-1.
III.-He shall draw up and keep up to date a file containing the results of the radiological characterisations carried out pursuant to I and II of this article, indicating the related resources implemented in the facility and mentioning: 1° A description of the radiological characterisations carried out in accordance with I and II of this article.It draws up and keeps up to date a file containing the results of the radiological characterisations carried out in application of I and II of this article, indicating the related resources put in place in the installation and mentioning:
1° A description of the radiological characterisations, the conditions for carrying out and checking the measurements taken and the conditions for dealing with any anomalies or incidents;
2° A report on the progress of the characterisations enabling the conditions under which they were carried out and their results, as well as the substances and products concerned, to be traced.
IV.-Each batch marketed is identified by a unique number recorded in a register set up for this purpose.
V.-The competent administrative authority may at any time require the person responsible, at the latter’s expense, to have compliance with the provisions of this article verified by an external body chosen by the person responsible in agreement with the authority.
