Article R1333-66 of the French Public Health Code

In his report, the person performing the procedure must indicate the information on the basis of which he considered the procedure justified and the information relating to the patient’s exposure, in particular the procedures performed and any information useful for estimating the dose received by the patient.

Le réalisateur de l’acte indique dans son compte-rendu les informations au vu desquelles il a estimé l’acte justifié et les informations relatives à l’exposition du patient, notamment les procédures réalisées ainsi que toute information utile à l’estimation de la dose reçue par le patient.
