Article R1333-87 of the French Public Health Code

Any person likely to be exposed in a radiological emergency under the authority of the public authorities and who does not have worker status within the meaning of Article L. 4111-5 of the Labour Code, benefits from the protection measures for workers in radiological emergencies set out in Articles R. 4451-96 to R. 4451-109 of the Labour Code.
