In addition to the officers mentioned in article R. 1312-1 , under the conditions set out in articles R. 1312-2 to R. 1312-7, other municipal officers are authorised to record and investigate neighbourhood noise offences under the conditions set out in articles R. 571-92 to R. 571-93 of the Environment Code.
Sont habilités à constater et à rechercher les infractions au bruit de voisinage, outre les agents mentionnés à l’article R. 1312-1 dans les conditions fixées par les articles R. 1312-2 à R. 1312-7, les autres agents des communes dans les conditions fixées par les articles R. 571-92 à R. 571-93 du code de l’environnement.
