Article R1337-10 of the French Public Health Code

Legal entities held criminally liable, under the conditions set out in article 121-2 of the French Criminal Code, for the offences defined in this section shall be liable, in addition to a fine as set out in article 131-41 of the French Criminal Code, to confiscation of the thing that was used or intended to be used to commit the offence or of the thing that is the product of the offence.

Les personnes morales déclarées responsables pénalement, dans les conditions prévues par l’article 121-2 du code pénal, des infractions définies à la présente section encourent, outre l’amende suivant les modalités prévues par l’article 131-41 du code pénal, la peine de confiscation de la chose qui a servi ou était destinée à commettre l’infraction ou de la chose qui en est le produit.
