Any person who makes a particular noise, other than those covered by article R. 1337-6, that is likely to cause a nuisance to the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood or to human health under the conditions set out in article R. 1336-5 is liable to a fine for a fourth-class offence.

Est puni de la peine d’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la quatrième classe le fait d’être à l’origine d’un bruit particulier, autre que ceux relevant de l’article R. 1337-6, de nature à porter atteinte à la tranquillité du voisinage ou à la santé de l’homme dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 1336-5.
