The data in the information system referred to in article R. 1340-6 are accessible, for the purposes of their respective missions and in compliance with the rules guaranteeing the confidentiality of information covered by medical or business secrecy:
1° To organisations responsible for toxicovigilance ;
1° bis To the Institut national de recherche et de sécurité pour la prévention des accidents du travail et des maladies professionnelles ;
2° The Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail;
3° Regional health agencies, in accordance with the conditions defined in Article R. 1341-7;
4° To the Agence nationale de santé publique and, for the performance of its investigative missions, to the Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé;
5° Other bodies or establishments responsible for monitoring or preventing risks to the population, subject to their authorisation by order of the Minister for Health specifying the scope and duration of the task justifying access to the data in the information system and the conditions for preserving the confidentiality of this information.
Within these bodies, only persons nominatively designated by the general manager of each of these bodies or the person responsible for them may access confidential data. Data covered by medical confidentiality may only be accessed by persons from the bodies mentioned in 1° bis, 2°, 4° and 5° who have been designated to access it, once it has been rendered anonymous and under the responsibility of a doctor.
