The information contained in the declaration referred to in article R. 1342-13 may only be used to respond to requests for information aimed at preventing the effects of the substances or mixtures concerned on health or ensuring the treatment of conditions induced by these substances or mixtures.
The bodies responsible for toxicovigilance and the body referred to in article L. 4411-4 of the Labour Code are authorised to provide persons who so request and who can prove their capacity in the field of public health protection with the information they hold concerning the dangers posed by a substance or mixture and the precautions to be taken in its use, storage, transport and disposal, to the exclusion of any other information covered by business secrecy.
