The following is punishable by a fifth-class fine:
1° Failure to include the words “Dangerous. Respect the precautions for use. “in the cases provided for in article R. 1342-1;
2° Breaking the ban on using a container or packaging that has been in contact with substances or mixtures classified as dangerous to hold products intended for human or animal consumption, in breach of article R. 1342-2;
3° Failing to mention the hazard classes and categories on an advertisement for a substance classified as dangerous, in breach of Article 48(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures;
4° Failing to mention the type(s) of danger of a mixture classified as dangerous or containing a substance classified as dangerous on an advertisement authorising a private individual to enter into a purchase contract without having first seen the label, in breach of Article 48(2) of the same regulation;
5° Failing to comply with the prohibition measures or requirements laid down pursuant to Article R. 1342-3;
6° Not complying with the prohibition on the sale or free distribution to a minor of the substances or mixtures mentioned in article R. 1342-20;
7° Failure to comply with the conditions of sale, free distribution or possession of the substances or mixtures mentioned in article R. 1342-21.
