Repeated offences under article R. 1343-1 are punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the French Penal Code.

Natural or legal persons guilty of one of the fifth-class offences provided for in article R. 1343-1 are also liable to the additional penalty of confiscation provided for in 5° of article 131-16 and article 131-43 of the French Criminal Code, enforced in accordance with the procedures provided for in article 131-21 of the same code.
