Article R141-10 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Reasons must be given for any decision to refuse registration, to withdraw or to strike off the list taken on the basis of article R. 141-7, R. 141-8 or R. 141-9. Except in cases where they are made at the request of the interested party, the latter is given the opportunity to present his observations. The interested party is notified of the decision.

Les décisions de refus d’inscription, de retrait ou de radiation prises sur le fondement de l’article R. 141-7, R. 141-8 ou R. 141-9 sont motivées. Sauf dans le cas où elles interviennent sur demande de l’intéressé, celui-ci est mis en mesure de présenter ses observations. Elles sont notifiées à l’intéressé.
