Article R141-13 of the French Sports Code

The chairman of the conciliators’ conference, in addition to the duties conferred upon him by article R. 141-7, is responsible for coordinating the work of the conciliators, ensuring the distribution of the cases to be dealt with and drawing up an annual activity report. This report is submitted to the members of the conciliators’ conference for their opinion and is then brought to the attention of the General Assembly of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee.

Article R141-13

Le président de la conférence des conciliateurs, outre les attributions que lui confère l’article R. 141-7, est chargé de coordonner les travaux des conciliateurs, de veiller à la répartition des dossiers à traiter et d’établir un rapport annuel d’activité. Ce rapport est soumis pour avis aux membres de la conférence des conciliateurs, puis porté à la connaissance de l’assemblée générale du Comité national olympique et sportif français.
