Article R141-26 of the French Sports Code

The French Paralympic and Sports Committee carries out activities of common interest on behalf of or with the federations, while respecting the prerogatives granted to each of them by the present code.
It is involved in promoting the various sports in the programmes of audiovisual communication companies.

Article R141-26

Le Comité paralympique et sportif français mène des activités d’intérêt commun au nom des fédérations ou avec elles, dans le respect des prérogatives reconnues à chacune d’elles par le présent code.
Il est associé à la promotion des différentes disciplines sportives dans les programmes des sociétés de communication audiovisuelle.
