Referral to the committee for conciliation is an obligatory prerequisite to any contentious appeal, when the dispute arises from a decision, whether or not subject to internal appeal, taken by a federation in the exercise of public prerogatives or pursuant to its articles of association.

La saisine du comité à fin de conciliation constitue un préalable obligatoire à tout recours contentieux, lorsque le conflit résulte d’une décision, susceptible ou non de recours interne, prise par une fédération dans l’exercice de prérogatives de puissance publique ou en application de ses statuts.
